Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
EMW Cheerleading
NO REFUNDS ON REGISTRATION FEES. I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all league activities during the season. I am not aware of any physical reason that would endanger my child’s well being by participating. I hereby waive, realize, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless EMW Football & Cheerleading, the organization, supervisors and participants for any claim arising out of injury except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident and liability insurance. I also grant permission for emergency medical care in the event I am unable to be contacted. I also agree to return ALL uniforms and ALL equipment issued to my child in good condition except for normal wear and tear at the. If I fail to do so, I agree to be liable to EMW Football and Cheerleading for the cost to repair or replace the equipment, this is not including my equipment retainer check. I hereby state that the information that I have provided on this form is true and accurate.
